Job summary

Pearson seeks a part-time Senior Educational Consulting Administrator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development to educators. You will support MTSS and assessment implementation, partnering with school leaders to drive data-based decisions.

The role requires extensive travel during peak season (Aug–Oct) and strong facilitation, communication, and adult-learning skills. A part-time schedule and Pearlson benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field.
Bachelor’s Degree with five years of experience administering/interpreting preK-12 assessment instruments.
Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using onsite or web-based formats (60%).
Collaborate with Pearson internal team to stay up-to-date on product releases and training revisions; attend monthly meetings (15%).
Plan and travel independently (15%).
Work with customers to understand training needs and tailor sessions (10%).
