Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in educational consulting, administration, or leadership.
• Proven track record in curriculum development, instructional design, or school improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for educational institutions to identify areas for improvement in curriculum, teaching, and learning.
• Develop customized strategic plans and recommendations for institutional development and educational reform.
• Provide expert guidance and training to educators and administrators on effective teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, and educational leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and professional development programs to enhance institutional capacity and pedagogical effectiveness.
