Curriculum Associates is seeking a Sales Support Specialist (SSS) Level III in Fresno, CA to bolster the local sales team. You will engage educators, demonstrate products, and guide implementations, acting as a trusted advisor across departments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer service, sales, or teaching, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Travel 5–10% overnight; lifting 30 lb boxes; base pay $40–$50 per hour with comprehensive benefits and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination).
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher is required; teaching credential or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across functions to support the sales and implementation process.
• Build relationships with educators in pilots and key accounts.
• Prospect new schools and districts and assess needs to recommend products.
• Develop product expertise and understand classroom challenges and trends.
• Lead product demonstrations (web-based and on-site) tailored to educators.
• Manage communications to ensure timely responses and proactive engagement.
• Stay current with K–8 standards and best pedagogical practices.
