Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops digital learning experiences using ed tech platforms.
• Develops microlearning content and digital resources for LMS delivery.
• Applies instructional design principles to create learner-centered materials.
• Uses educational technology tools to enhance content.
• Collects, analyzes educational data to support quality improvement.
• Generates LMS reports and performs data cleaning and visualization.
