Geisinger is seeking a Senior Education Specialist to lead design, development, and implementation of innovative educational technology and digital learning solutions across the Geisinger College of Health Sciences.

The Senior Education Specialist supports the design, development, and implementation of innovative educational technology and digital learning solutions across the Geisinger College of Health Sciences. This role partners with faculty, staff, and institutional stakeholders to create engaging, high-quality learning experiences, with a focus on practical application in health professions education. The individual contributes to content development, instructional design, and the use of educational data to enhance program effectiveness, while demonstrating adaptability, self-directed learning, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
