Location: Onsite two days a week near the Houston headquarters. Remote work is available for those outside the Houston metro area. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and students to translate needs into actionable product requirements and drive measurable

Qualifikationen

• Experience in product management for SaaS or EdTech products.
• Hands-on in Agile/Scrum environments, writing user stories and backlogs.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate into epics and stories.
• Data-driven mindset to analyze usage and feedback for iterations.
• Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Shape and refine the product roadmap aligned with business goals and educational outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for AI, adaptive learning, and scalable SaaS solutions.
• Engage with teachers, admins, and students to understand challenges and motivations.
• Translate educator and learner needs into actionable product requirements.
• Define requirements, epics, and user stories for development teams.
• Prioritize features and manage the backlog in Agile environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and QA for high-quality delivery.
• Establish success metrics for features and analyze product performance.
