Job summary

Imagine Learning is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Initiatives. The role bridges data analytics, curriculum, product development, marketing and sales to create AI-powered educational solutions.

You will shape the product roadmap, collaborate with engineering and marketing, and drive AI strategy to meet market needs in K-12 education. Remote US-based role with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Education, Technology, Software Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML in education.
• Experience building AI-powered educational products, incl. Generative AI/LLMs.
• Experience defining AI data strategies: data collection, labeling, synthetic data.
• Strong metrics-focused mindset with success criteria for AI models and outcomes.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies; Jira/Confluence for PM collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Solve customer problems by building AI-powered educational products.
• Gather and analyze user needs to inform product decisions with user-centric thinking.
• Research industry trends to develop backlogs, roadmaps, and AI tech focus for education.
• Build a product vision and roadmap for stakeholders across units.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan and prioritize work using Agile methods.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to launch products and communicate with sales/marketing.
• Engage with executives and represent the team in planning with clear AI concepts.
• Other duties as required.
