Job summary

Good Good Good is seeking a Managing Editor for its website and Goodnewspaper, a senior hands-on leader who will set content strategy, manage a small team, and own the monthly print cycle. You will write stories, edit colleagues, and build systems for consistent high-quality publishing.

You report to the Editor-in-Chief and CEO and will grow the team in the first year. We publish fast at scale with a curatorial voice, balancing speed with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of journalism experience across digital and/or print.
• Experience managing other journalists or editors.
• Strong writing and editing with clarity, accuracy, and tone.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines, workflows, and contributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead editorial strategy across the website and Goodnewspaper with a clear POV.
• Write original stories and edit work from team members and contributors.
• Oversee republishing aligned articles from partner publications.
• Write clear, specific headlines and ensure journalistic standards are met.
• Produce the monthly Goodnewspaper from ideation to print export.
