Deloitte Insights is seeking an Editor, Consumer Industry - Senior Specialist to oversee editing, copyediting, and storytelling for data-driven insights and reports. You will collaborate with researchers, designers, and production specialists to craft publishable content across reports, articles, infographics, and videos, ensuring accuracy and editorial rigor.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in writing, editing, and copyediting content in American English.
Bachelor's degree in English, literature, journalism, communications, or related field.
Experience with writing and editing business articles and research reports.
Expert editing, AP style, and ability to explain edits clearly to authors.
Strong writing and oral communication; translate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Edit and polish content for accuracy, style, and impact.
Collaborate with researchers, authors, and teams to plan and execute stories.
Guide multimedia storytelling including reports, articles, infographics, and videos.
Leverage AI tools while ensuring human-centered, rigorous output.
Coach content creators on language, tone, and production processes.
