Job summary

Bain & Company in Dallas seeks an experienced Editor, Digital Content to help senior partners translate insights into compelling, web-native content across long- and short-form formats. You will blend text and visuals, lead editorial design, and leverage AI tools while preserving the authentic Bain voice; collaboration with experts and multiple teams is essential.

The role requires 8–10 years in digital publishing, a strong writing portfolio, and a proactive, collaborative approach to shaping

Qualifications

8–10 years in digital publishing or corporate communications
Experience working directly with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent writing skills across long- and short‑form formats
Deep fluency in digital content formats and web presentation

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality content across formats including long- and short-form articles, data visualizations, infographics, interactive features, and newsletters
Fluidly move between text-based storytelling and visual presentation of data for a time-starved executive audience
Collaborate with Bain partners from inception to publication, providing editorial feedback and challenging insights
Post content on Bain.com and other channels, and document publishing processes
Leverage AI tools to accelerate production while preserving Bain’s human voice
