Responsibilities

• Handle original research manuscripts with rigorous scientific evaluation and peer-review management.
• Drive editorial excellence and ensure publication timelines and standards are met.
• Manage and optimize publishing workflows and systems for manuscript processing.
• Collaborate with authors, reviewers and editorial board members to ensure a transparent review process.
• Represent the journal in the scientific community and engage with researchers and experts.
• Contribute to editorial policies, peer-review practices and integrity initiatives.
• Support the Chief Editor in executing development strategies and identifying growth opportunities.
• Promote high-quality submissions and facilitate knowledge exchange within the editorial team.
