Job summary

Amentum is seeking an eDiscovery Project Coordinator to support a DOJ engagement in Washington, DC. The role is full-time and onsite, reporting to a Project Manager, with responsibilities across data collection, processing, review, production, and trial support.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years in eDiscovery, strong communication skills, and experience with technologies like Relativity, Nuix, and Axiom, plus a solid understanding of EDRM and forensics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling financial crimes/non-compliance cases.
• Solid understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructures including networks and data sources.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
• Knowledge of forensics and multiple eDiscovery tools.
• Expertise in search-related technologies (terms, prompts, AI).
• Proficiency with litigation technology tools (Relativity, Nuix, Axiom).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical aspects of eDiscovery projects and advise on strategies.
• Serve as primary contact throughout the discovery lifecycle for electronic discovery matters.
• Develop and implement project plans; oversee data collection, processing, review, and production.
• Liaise between legal teams and contractors to ensure clear communication.
• Advise on technology options to meet discovery needs and improve efficiency.
• Prepare affidavits and participate in legal proceedings as required.
• Ensure standard eDiscovery procedures are applied across cases.
• Develop cost estimates and identify efficiency improvements.
• Oversee generation of reports on collection, processing, review and production.
• Delegate tasks and manage data management, search queries, processing, and QC.
• Provide regular status updates and metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging eDiscovery technologies and processes.
