Job summary

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP seeks a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join the eDiscovery Services team in Detroit. You will lead projects with 5–10 years in PM, coordinating with legal teams to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to EDRM standards.

Responsibilities include budget development, data processing, review, and production, along with maintaining data security and proactive client communication throughout the matter lifecycle. Strong teamwork and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent assignments under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to anticipate client needs and coordinate with legal teams.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Relativity (Server 2021+) and ACEDS/EDRM standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides and maintains accurate, proactive communication and record keeping on project details, reports, and deliverables.
• Collaborates with legal teams to guide decisions aligning with EDRM best practices.
• Develops budgets and monitors costs to ensure financial efficiency throughout matters.
• Executes eDiscovery projects with accuracy, on-time delivery, and within budget.
• Reviews and reports on quality control measures for processing, review, and production of data.
• Ensures data security by tracking custody and status within project management software.
