Job summary

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP seeks a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to support our eDiscovery Services team across multiple offices, including Cleveland. The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience in a law firm or e‑discovery environment and strong Relativity expertise.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with legal teams, and ensure on‑time, accurate processing, review, and production of data while maintaining data security and meticulous record‑keeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in a project management role in a law firm or e‑discovery service environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Relativity in a professional setting.
• Understanding of EDRM lifecycle from collections to production.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive communication and documentation on all project details.
• Collaborate with legal teams to align decisions with EDRM and ACEDS standards.
• Develop budgets and monitor costs to ensure financial efficiency.
• Manage eDiscovery projects to be on time and within budget.
• Oversee data processing, review, and production quality control.
