Job summary

Array is seeking a Night Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to lead complex client-facing projects remotely within the USA. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide guidance on Relativity workflows and project strategy.

In this role, you will mentor team members, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding data integrity and service quality. Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex eDiscovery projects and ESI workflows.
• Independent project management for client relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, review platforms, databases.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with quality and deadlines.
• Strong communication with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client-facing eDiscovery projects as primary client contact.
• Oversee project execution, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide status updates, reporting, and guidance on workflows.
• Mentor project team members and share knowledge.
• Support Relativity processing and related technologies.
• Resolve issues affecting data hosted or delivered.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and project documentation.
