Job summary

Array is seeking a Night Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to lead complex client-facing projects and act as the primary client contact. You will oversee execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guide technical workflows and strategy while mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities include client discovery, planning, oversight, communication, and advanced Relativity guidance. Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work second shift - 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM CT.
• Experience managing complex eDiscovery projects and ESI workflows.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing projects in Relativity.
• Experience serving as a primary client contact and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, review platforms, databases, and related business software.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, workflows, and deliverables accurately.
• Ability to identify project issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Oversee project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage information.
• Provide guidance on technical workflows and project strategy.
• Mentor team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Provide regular status updates, reporting, and client consultations.
• Offer advanced guidance on Relativity Processing and related technologies.
• Investigate and resolve data-related issues while maintaining data integrity.
