Jackson Lewis P.C. in Chicago seeks a Senior Litigation Support Project Manager to lead end-to-end eDiscovery workflows, management of processing, hosting, review, and production, and coordination across attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, Relativity proficiency, EDRM expertise, and strong communication, with a focus on timely, defensible discovery and adherence to firm protocols; salary ranges apply by state and bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of litigation support, eDiscovery, discovery operations, or PM experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior project management or operational leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of EDRM and Relativity experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex matters concurrently.
• Strong PM, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned matters.
• Manage discovery matters from intake through final production and closure.
• Coordinate discovery workflows across attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate and manage electronic data collections.
• Oversee processing, hosting, review, analytics, and production workflows.
• Create and administer Relativity workspaces.
• Manage document productions and QA processes.
• Utilize analytics and AI-enabled review technologies.
• Manage relationships with discovery vendors and service providers.
• Meet annual billing requirements.
