Job summary

A government services firm in San Francisco is seeking an eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join a dedicated team. In this role, you will support the company's legal accounts and focus on improving FBI Discovery policies. The ideal candidate will have extensive eDiscovery experience and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401k plan. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and able to obtain government security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws impacting civil and criminal litigation.
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
• Conduct testing of system upgrades or patches prior to release.
• Provide advice on preserving, collecting, processing ESI.
