Qualifications
5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
3 years of progressive experience on major lit support projects.
2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).
Responsibilities
Monitor changes to laws impacting civil and criminal litigation.
Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
Conduct testing of system upgrades or patches prior to release.
Provide advice on preserving, collecting, processing ESI.
