Job summary

AMG is partnering with a leading global law firm to hire a Senior Litigation Support Project Manager in San Francisco. You will lead complex eDiscovery matters, guide strategy, and leverage analytics and AI tools to support high-stakes litigation and investigations.

Responsibilities include managing review platforms, TAR and AI-assisted workflows while coordinating budgets, vendors, and cross-border compliance.

Qualifications

6+ years in litigation support or eDiscovery.
Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, CEDS, RCA, or PMP preferred.
Strong knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery workflows.
Hands-on with Relativity, Nuix Discover, Reveal, Everlaw or similar platforms.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, and other data sources.
Knowledge of TAR, analytics, and AI tools such as Harvey and Copilot.

Responsibilities

Lead complex eDiscovery matters from collection through production and trial support.
Manage review platforms, analytics, TAR, and AI-assisted review workflows.
Advise attorneys and clients on discovery strategy and ESI best practices.
Oversee data from email, cloud, mobile, forensic, and structured sources.
Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Support data privacy, compliance, and cross-border discovery requirements.
Train attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals.
Drive adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
