TERRACON seeks a skilled IT/Litigation Support professional in Olathe, KS to provide technical and litigation support to the Legal Department, including eDiscovery, contract system administration, records management, and attorney support.

The role requires managing ESI preservation, coordinating with attorneys, ensuring secure handling of legal information, and maintaining quality standards in line with company safety guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT data management or litigation/eDiscovery support.
• Bachelor’s degree and 1 years’ experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Process and preserve electronically stored information (ESI) for legal cases and investigations.
• Advise attorneys on availability, location, format, preservation, and production of ESI.
• Determine technologies and methods for locating, preserving, retrieving, and exporting electronic records.
• Manage end-to-end eDiscovery across servers, networks, and data sources.
• Preserve relevant electronic data in defensible, secure formats to mitigate spoliation risk.
• Prepare and export electronic records for review and delivery to attorneys.
• Consult with operations on legal hold requirements and methods for preservation and export.
• Oversee eDiscovery software, data preservation, retrieval, and production processes.
• Provide general and technical litigation support.
