Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC is seeking an E-Discovery Specialist to support the e-discovery process through all litigation stages. You will work with attorneys, litigation support, and IT to load data and keep projects on track.

You will ensure searches are written efficiently, perform correctly, and catalogued accurately, provide hands-on technical support for document organization, and manage databases, data acquisition, and data deliveries to vendors.

• Provide high-level technical support and develop documentation for E-Discovery and litigation teams.
• Provide hands-on technical support for document organization and control, including electronic discovery and productions in various formats.
• Manage litigation databases: design, creation, and maintenance.
• Oversee data acquisition and delivery to vendors; verify data integrity.
• Import images, data, and transcripts into databases; export data as needed.
• Correct vendor errors; reformat and convert data; design forms and reports.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend technical solutions.

This position is part of the Firm’s E-Discovery team and supports the e-discovery process through all stages of litigation. The specialist works closely with attorneys, litigation support, and the IT department to load relevant data and keep e-discovery projects on track. This role also helps ensure searches are written efficiently, performed correctly, and catalogued accurately. In addition, the position collaborates with the E-Discovery and litigation teams to provide high-level technical support and develop documentation.

This position provides hands-on technical support for document organization and control, including electronic discovery and document productions in a variety of electronic formats. The role manages litigation databases, including their design, creation, and maintenance. It also oversees data acquisition and delivery to vendors, verifies data integrity, imports images, data, and transcripts into databases, and exports data as needed. The specialist corrects vendor errors, reformats and converts data, and designs forms and reports. The role also troubleshoots issues and recommends technical solutions.
