Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to support a federal agency's legal office. The role involves managing eDiscovery workflows, coordinating data processing, review, and production within Relativity, and delivering client-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in eDiscovery, strong Relativity experience, and excellent communication skills. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a government security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with government software policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation for eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Develop, modify, and implement workflows and resources to progress work.
• Craft and submit work orders for data processing, review, and production.
• Maintain quality checks on instructions and final work product.
• Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules based on activities and dependencies.
