This role involves developing and implementing discovery strategies in complex environmental and consumer protection litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eDiscovery management and litigation.

The successful candidate will collaborate with clients and case teams, oversee eDiscovery vendors, and stay current on technology and legal best practices. A competitive salary range of $180,000 - $210,000 is offered, along with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on eDiscovery.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale databases in complex litigation.
• Proficient in eDiscovery workflows, TAR, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement discovery strategies for complex litigation.
• Advise clients on litigation holds and records retention.
• Manage document review workflows and oversee eDiscovery vendors.
