Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admission to the CA Bar (can be located outside of CA, but must be licensed for the state of California).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing eDiscovery in complex litigations and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Managing eDiscovery in a portfolio of complex and global litigations & investigations.
• Developing workflows for eDiscovery review platforms including Relativity and proprietary vendor platforms and incorporating eDiscovery data analytics tools into those workflows.
• Advising legal, compliance and group investigation stakeholders on eDiscovery issues & strategies that comply with policies, laws and regulations.
• Providing support to case teams on eDiscovery-related negotiations and motion practice.
• Assisting clients with updating their internal eDiscovery workflows.
