Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters. You will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne tools, and work with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure, and timely results.

Responsibilities include translating case needs into data workflows, configuring RelativityOne databases, and performing quality control checks. Strong communication and five years of Relativity experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity or RelativityOne in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication with attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI features, and scripts to improve review efficiency and workspace management.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks and resolve accuracy issues.
• Protect confidential information via secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and activity tracking.
