Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters. You will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne tools, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

You will translate case needs into efficient data workflows, apply analytics and scripting, and ensure quality control across intake, processing, production, and archival. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity in a law firm or eDiscovery environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Knowledge of EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication with attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency and resolve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced features.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving inaccuracies.
• Protect confidential information with secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and activity tracking.
