Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters in Columbus, OH.

You will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results. You will handle intake, processing, loading, production, and archival, configure RelativityOne case databases, and ensure quality control and data integrity for sensitive information.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication with attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
