Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional for a respected Columbus, OH law firm. The role focuses on managing electronic evidence, applying RelativityOne analytics, and translating case needs into efficient data workflows.

You will handle intake, processing, loading, production, and archival while maintaining RelativityOne databases and assisting users with advanced functionality. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation support experience with Relativity in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
