Job summary

Mass General Brigham Health Plan Holding Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced EDI Developer to design, develop, implement and maintain HIPAA EDI solutions (270/271, 276/277, 278, 820, 834, 835, 837, 999).

You will work with C#/.NET, SQL Server and SSIS to support data exchange across payer systems. The role emphasizes SDLC discipline, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and experience with QNXT and XML/XSLT transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5–7 years in application development and design in Microsoft environments.
• Experience with QNXT, ASP.NET, XML/XSLT and EDI is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Programming and writing T-SQL in SQL Server and SSIS packages.
• Analyze business and system requirements and prepare specs.
• Design unit tests and coordinate with vendors to meet SDLC goals.
• Map ANSI HIPAA EDI files and support data exchange workflows.
• Provide data analysis and support for NHP business areas.
