Job summary

Mass General Brigham Health Plan is seeking an experienced EPIC EDI Developer to design, develop, and maintain Epic interfaces, including EDI mappings and integrations with Microsoft technologies. You will work with the Application and E-Business Integration team to deliver secure, compliant healthcare data exchanges.

The role requires expertise in Epic integration, BizTalk, and SQL Server, with a focus on HIPAA EDI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
2-3 years of application development experience required.
3-5 years of EPIC integration and EDI processing in Microsoft tech stack preferred.
HL7 certification or equivalent preferred.
Understanding of BizTalk Server and EDI maps, pipelines, schemas preferred.
Knowledge of health insurance business applications and data models preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of Epic interfaces within the Bridges application.
Perform interface testing and troubleshooting for EPIC EDI implementations.
Provide guidance during Epic upgrades and integrations with other systems.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth deployment.
Maintain documentation and monitor systemlogs to ensure performance and compliance.
