Job summary

Cleo is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer II to serve as the technical backbone for multiple integration projects. You will configure complex EDI, API, ERP, and B2B integrations, lead customer meetings, and guide junior engineers through challenges.

The role bridges solution design and hands-on implementation in a fast-paced environment. You will own data mappings, build BPS workflows, and implement security best practices while coordinating with project managers and architects.

Qualifications

Strong experience with ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and B2B integrations.
Expertise in AS2, SFTP, VAN, HTTP/S, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and API security.
Hands-on building complex BPS workflows, data mappings, ERP integrations (SAP preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Experience leading technical delivery and mentoring engineers.
Ability to manage customer communications and project escalations.
Collaborate with PMs, Architects, and cross-functional teams.
B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT.
5–7 years of EDI/B2B integration or middleware.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery for assigned projects from implementation through Hypercare.
Configure and troubleshoot complex EDI, API, ERP, and B2B integrations.
Build advanced BPS workflows, data mappings, and API workflows.
Implement performance, security, and integration best practices.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and onboarding.
Promote engineering best practices and reusable solutions.
