Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Senior EDI Architect to lead our EDI strategy and architecture across global supply chains. You will design, implement, and manage robust data exchange solutions that connect customers and suppliers through Oracle EDI modules, OIC, and Cleo CIC.

You will optimize AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, and API protocols, collaborate with ERP teams, and build scalable, secure mappings for X12 and EDIFACT. This role requires senior technical mastery and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in EDI architecture and development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EDI/E-Business Suite and Cleo (CIC).
• Deep knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and protocols (AS2, FTP/S, API).
• Experience in EMS/High-Tech Manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain EDI communications & design, ensuring global scalability and high availability.
• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of EDI integrations using Oracle EDI modules, OIC and CIC.
• Manage and optimize AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, and API communications; onboard trading partners.
• Collaborate with IT developers and ERP specialists to integrate EDI with Oracle ERP.
• Oversee EDI maps (X12, EDIFACT) and translation rules for partner requirements.
• Analyze existing EDI processes and implement automated improvements.
• Lead development of test plans and coordinate UAT for new integrations.
• Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior analysts on EDI best practices.
