Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (highly preferred).
• 3-5 years of recent experience in EDI with at least 1 year in customer service or customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML).
• Experience with EDI software and mapping tools; understanding of healthcard data exchange and compliance regulations like DSCSA, HIPAA, GS1.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development, testing, and deployment of revenue management systems through EDI initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.
• Ensure data standards compliance with HIPAA, DSCSA, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with IT, suppliers, and customers on business initiatives; liaise with stakeholders for seamless integration.
• Support customer onboarding and troubleshoot complex EDI issues to ensure smooth operations.
