Job summary

Redapt, Inc. is seeking an experienced AWS AI/IoT Architect to design and operate secure, multi-tenant IoT platforms on AWS. You will connect embedded Linux devices and edge AI hardware to cloud services while deploying generative AI solutions on AWS Bedrock.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of IoT, embedded software, cloud engineering, or related roles with hands-on production responsibility.
• Delivery of AWS-connected device solutions spanning embedded Linux, secure lifecycle, cloud integration, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS IoT Core solutions for device onboarding and fleet management.
• Develop AWS IoT Greengrass v2 components and deployments for resource-constrained devices.
• Build AI apps using Amazon Bedrock foundation models and AWS services.
• Create RAG solutions with Bedrock Knowledge Bases and custom pipelines.
• Implement AI agents and tool integrations with enterprise APIs and workflows.
• Develop prompts and workflows for document understanding and automation.
• Build Python services and APIs integrating AI with customer data sources.
• Create evaluation datasets and automated tests to measure accuracy and grounding.
• Apply Bedrock Guardrails, IAM, encryption, and data access controls.
