AEP Service Corporation is seeking an experienced cloud engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable AI/ML infrastructure across AWS and approved on‑prem environments. You will shape compute, storage and networking foundations for AI workloads, enabling Bedrock and SageMaker with proper access control, logging, and quotas.

You’ll also craft reusable IaC modules, support on‑prem edge AI, implement guardrails, and drive automation, monitoring and cost visibility across cloud and edge

Formación

• Hands-on engineering in AWS including IAM, VPC, compute, storage, encryption/KMS and organization structure.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise (EKS, ROSA or OpenShift) and security hardening.
• Experience with API gateways, integration patterns, and cross-environment security.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain AI/ML cloud foundations and on-premises infrastructure.
• Engineer compute, storage, and networking for AI workloads with GPU instances.
• Enable AI platform services (Bedrock, SageMaker) with logging and quotas.
• Create IaC modules, templates and pipelines for rapid deployment with guardrails.
• Operate on-prem AI infrastructure and edge deployments; support patching, backup, recovery.
