You’ll work across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, shaping AI-enabled workflows and developer experiences. A high‑autonomy role with guardrails to guide execution and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience owning the architecture of significant features end‑to‑end.
• Strong coding ability across backend services, SDKs, tooling, and agent‑based systems.
• Experience on edge platforms — Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Experience with multiple orchestration models for distributed systems.
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI‑assisted development or agentic workflows.
• Strong grounding in system reliability, security, and performance for developer‑facing platforms.
• Technical leadership and mentorship – growing engineers and shaping practices.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑team influence.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of major features within the Integrations Platform.
• Drive the evolution of the integration authoring experience.
• Champion reliability, scalability, and observability across the agent ecosystem.
• Build developer tooling, packages, and libraries to reduce friction.
• Partner with product, platform, and customer success teams to translate needs into designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives spanning orchestration and scaling.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for integration authoring and automation.
