Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering.
• Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and build experience on complex robotic systems.
• Experience developing automated test scripts and frameworks (Python, MATLAB, etc).
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance and travel up to 25% for test planning/execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead development for an end-to-end solution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain system components that meet functional and performance requirements in complex environments.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience of software in distributed systems.
• Work closely with hardware engineers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
• Document software engineering processes and practices to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
