Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Electrical Integration Systems Engineer to lead end-to-end integration of edge compute and communications for defense platforms in Costa Mesa, CA. You will collaborate with hardware teams, software engineers and product managers to ensure reliable, scalable system performance.

The role requires deep experience in electrical or systems engineering, hands-on prototyping, and scripting in Python/MATLAB.

Qualifications

12+ years of industry experience in electrical, aerospace or systems engineering
Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting and build experience on complex robotic systems
Experience developing automated test scripts and frameworks (Python/MATLAB)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum in an Agile development environment
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead development for end-to-end solutions by defining requirements and system architecture
Design, develop, and maintain system components to meet functional and performance requirements
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience of software and hardware
Collaborate with hardware engineers and product managers for seamless integration
Document software engineering processes and ensure quality and regulatory compliance
