Qualifications

• Passion for systems design, development, integration, and testing.
• 2–6 years of industry experience in electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering.
• Comfort with Cameo and systems modeling tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and build experience of complex robotic systems.
• Experience developing automated test scripts using Python or MATLAB.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain a U.S. security clearance and travel up to 25% domestically; on-site at Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system development with cross-functional teams to define requirements and architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain system components meeting performance in complex environments.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging for reliability and scalability in distributed systems.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and product managers for software-hardware integration.
• Document software engineering processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
