Job summary
Lennox International is seeking an eCommerce Techno-Functional Lead to drive end-to-end B2B eCommerce initiatives using Angular/React, Java/Spring Boot, APIs, and modern web technologies. You will translate business needs into technical designs and user stories, while embedding AI/agentic workflows to improve speed and quality.
You will lead delivery, architecture, and implementation across frontend and backend stacks, ensuring security, performance, and scalable integratons with enterprise
Qualifications
- 8+ years IT experience with enterprise B2B eCommerce and techno-functional leadership.
- Strong full-stack expertise: Angular/React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, security, scalability, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end techno-functional delivery: requirements, user stories, design, APIs, integrations, estimation, risks, and release readiness.
- Provide hands-on development leadership across front-end and back-end technologies.
- Design secure, scalable full-stack solutions and review code, prototypes, and tests.
- Guide architecture standards, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-ready practices.
- Communicate options, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
