Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital strategy with leadership experience in ecommerce
- Proven ability to scale an ecommerce practice across clients
- Strong knowledge of retailer platforms and optimization tools
- Experience mentoring strategy teams and driving business development
Responsibilities
- Define and scale strategic frameworks and toolkits for ecommerce clients
- Oversee a portfolio of clients with elevated strategic outputs
- Collaborate with Creative and Account leadership for integrated campaigns
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Strategy Directors and junior strategists
- Drive recruitment and team design as the practice scales
