Job summary

NOBULL is seeking a Manager, eCommerce Site Operations in Boston to lead site content, merchandising, and launch execution. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Site Merchandising, Merchants, Marketing, and Creative to optimize the consumer experience.

The role requires 5+ years in eCommerce/site ops, strong Shopify expertise, and excellent communication across leadership levels. A result-driven, fast-paced environment awaits with focus on site reliability and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, site operations, or merchandising, with a preference for footwear/apparel.
• Proven leadership experience in managing eCommerce operations teams and driving efficiency through cross-functional collaboration.
• Expert level understanding of Shopify merchandising and site experience capabilities and tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels, from cross-functional teams to executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the site catalog and collections to maximize brand conversion.
• Schedule and execute high-impact content changes with timelines.
• Collaborate with Site Merchandising, Merchants, Marketing and Creative teams to optimize processes.
• Manage product turn-ons/offs, cadences, and site merchandising cleanliness with the Site Ops team.
• Lead promotions from a consumer experience perspective and track compliance with teams.
