Job summary

Pique is seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce (Site & CRO) to own the Shopify storefront roadmap, landing pages, PDPs, cart, checkout, and subscriptions. You will own the test backlog, set the weekly release plan, and drive outcomes with designers, developers and agencies from the Los Angeles office.

You will write specs, QA tests, and lead read-outs, collaborating directly with the founder and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eCommerce, CRO or site optimization at a DTC brand with site roadmap ownership

Responsibilities

• Own the Site Roadmap and Release Plan: maintain backlog by revenue impact and effort; plan cadence; write clear specs.
• Run Experiments End to End: own the A/B testing program from hypothesis to read‑out; define sample size and rules.
• Deliver Through Design, Development and Agencies: coordinate designers, Shopify developers and agency partners; ensure QA against specs.
• Measure and Diagnose the Funnel: track funnel steps in GA4 and Shopify; use heatmaps and surveys to reduce friction; report weekly.
