Job summary

G-III Apparel Group’s Starter brand is seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce Marketing & Growth to lead digital commerce marketing across the portfolio, starting with Starter. Translate brand strategy and product opportunities into an integrated plan spanning website content, CRM, paid media, SEO, and emerging social commerce opportunities.

You will collaborate with the existing eCommerce team on execution, analyze performance with GA4, Shopify, and Klaviyo, and drive growth through paid search,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce marketing, digital commerce, digital marketing, DTC growth, or related roles.
• Experience across site content, CRM/email, paid media, SEO, digital merchandising, and/or social commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce, customer journeys, product storytelling, and online marketing channels.
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo or similar CRM/email platforms, and agency reporting tools preferred.
• Experience in apparel, licensed sports, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and translate business needs into clear digital action plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive digital commerce marketing priorities for Starter and future brands.
• Own integrated digital commerce calendar across homepage, email/CRM, paid media, launches, and moments.
• Translate licenses, product opportunities, league moments into digital commerce requirements.
• Collaborate with eCommerce team to translate priorities into site execution.
• Use insights to recommend assortment and exclusive digital opportunities.
• Set commercial priorities across paid search, social, affiliate, and other channels.
• Partner with CRM on marketing roadmap, lifecycle, testing, and retention.
• Evaluate emerging social commerce opportunities and partnerships.
• Work with Creative and cross-functional teams on campaigns and content planning.
• Analyze performance using GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and agency dashboards.
• Develop readouts and recommendations for Marketing leadership.
• Monitor trends and SEO opportunities to inform future planning.
