KREWE is seeking a Sr. Associate of E-commerce to join our New York team. You will oversee site merchandising strategy, drive conversions, reduce bounce, and manage merchandising execution across our online store.
In collaboration with marketing, planning, and design, you will monitor key metrics, report insights, and support product launches from planning through execution. This role requires a data-driven mindset and strong cross-functional communication.

We are currently searching for a Sr. Associate of E-commerce to join our team. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of E-commerce. In this role, you will collaborate on site merchandising strategy to drive conversion, reduce bounce rates, and increase sell-thru, while owning all merchandising execution. You will monitor and report on key metrics, provide insights to inform channel strategies, and support product launches from planning through execution. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, planning, and design, to ensure seamless product updates and overall site optimization. As the key point of contact for e-commerce product strategy, you will play a critical role in optimizing our online presence, enhancing the customer journey, and meeting KPIs to support business growth.
This role is based in our New York Headquarters 5 days a week.
Up to $80,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
