Job summary

KREWE in New Orleans is seeking a Creative Project & Production Manager to oversee all creative projects, assets, and productions. You’ll partner across the brand to ensure briefs meet brand standards and timelines, while reporting to the Creative Lead.

This role requires 5+ years in creative PM, expertise with Monday.com, strong communication, and a willingness to work from the New Orleans HQ five days a week. Compensation includes base pay, annual bonuses, benefits, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management within startup or agency settings.
  • Must be local to New Orleans area and work out of our New Orleans HQ 5 days per week.
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows, production processes, and project management best practices.
  • Experience using project management software (Monday.com).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment throughout the creative process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage creative projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and objectives are met.
  • Facilitate the briefing process across Monday.com, ensuring copywriters and designers receive clear briefs with assets.
  • Enhance team communication by managing project boards across Monday.com and keeping details current.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, deadlines, and approvals.
  • Support the Art Director with photoshoot production, sourcing vendors, budgets, and on-set production assistance.
  • Oversee all third-party vendor sourcing and relationships for asset production.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, high-quality output.

As KREWE grows, we are seeking a Creative Project & Production Manager to join our team. This role will report directly to the Creative Lead to oversee the execution of all creative projects, assets, and productions. You will be a close cross-functional partner across all areas of the business, ensuring all channel needs are effectively briefed and executed upon to our brand standards and timeline SLAs.

Beyond creative asset execution, this role will optimize and manage systems, tools, and digital projects, driving innovation and continuous process improvement. Youwill also establish and maintain creative timelines, workflows, and frameworks that enhance productivity, clarity, and efficiency across the brand. This role requires a strategic thinker who can prioritize and allocate resources effectively to achieve business goals

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee creative projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and objectives are met.
  • Facilitate the briefing process across Monday.com, ensuring copywriters and designers receive clear, actionable briefs with all necessary context and assets.
  • Enhance team communication and project transparency by effectively managing project boards across Monday.com. keeping all project details current and accessible to all team members.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking milestones, deadlines, and approvals to keep creative deliverables on schedule.
  • Support the Art Director with photoshoot production, sourcing vendors, managing budgets, and providing on-set production assistance as needed.
  • Oversee all third-party vendor sourcing & relationship management across creative asset production, ensuring print timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, clear communication and teamwork between departments, ensuring timely and high-quality creative output.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management within startupor agency settings.
  • Must be local to New Orleans area and be willing to work out of our New Orleans HQ 5 days per week
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows, production processes, and project management best practices.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different brands and teams.
  • Experience using project management software (Monday.com).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment throughout the creative process.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a history of driving efficiency.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise, with a proactive approach to removing roadblocks.
  • Ability to pivot quickly in fast-paced environments while maintaining clarity and focus.
  • Knowledge of photo and video shoot production.
Salary (for New York only):

$60,000- $80,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
