Job summary

ATG Entertainment USA is seeking a Senior eCommerce Analyst / Analytics Manager to lead analytics, reporting, and performance insights for ATG's US digital business. You will partner with eCommerce, Marketing, Product, Ticketing Operations, and external vendors to drive data-driven decisions and business impact.

You will manage and develop the eCommerce Analytics Specialist, establish scalable reporting, tracking, and measurement governance, and serve as the analytics subject matter expert

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, BI, or performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• eCommerce reporting, dashboards, and KPI development across US markets
• Develop and maintain scalable reporting frameworks and performance measurement processes
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, conversion funnels, and revenue performance
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Provide insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making
• Partner with Product and eCommerce teams to measure the impact of new features and initiatives
• Own measurement strategy, tracking governance, and analytics best practices
• Support attribution, tagging, and reporting requirements across marketing channels
• Manage relationships with analytics vendors and agency partners
• Support executive reporting and business reviews
• Manage, coach, and develop the eCommerce Specialist supporting Operations, Affiliates & Analysis
