You will supervise staff ecologists, lead projects from concept through design review and construction, and collaborate with clients, contractors, and agencies to deliver successful outcomes across wetlands, endangered species, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Ecology, Biology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in wetland/stream delineation, endangered species consulting, and/or environmental permitting.
• Knowledge of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service regulations.
• Understanding of 401, 402, and 404 Clean Water Act regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
