Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a Senior Ecological Professional to lead and mentor in our Ecological Practice in Greenville, SC.

This role provides senior technical oversight on diverse ecological projects and supports growth across disciplines. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and help shape strategic directions while delivering high-quality ecological solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Ecology, Biology, Environmental Science, or equivalent (MS preferred).
• 15+ years in environmental planning or ecosystem restoration.
• Experience with NEPA or FERC regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships across energy and real estate sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior oversight on ecological projects including reviews and mentoring.
• Drive business development through your network and internal resources.
