This role focuses on expanding services in aquatic ecology, permitting, and ecosystem restoration while leveraging your network to grow client engagements.

• 15+ years of experience in aquatic ecology, endangered species or related fields.
• Experience with Section 401/402/404 regulatory processes.
• Proven ability to write technical reports and manage complex projects.
• Ability to develop and market services to new and existing clients.
• Strong mentoring and staff leadership capabilities.
